This is the largest Fraud ever comitted in US History if its correct, and the timer is ticking for Obama... he refuses to produce any records at all.

1.) I think the story itself is nonsense. Whatever the issues are with the documents Obama has produced, and the birth record in the 1961 paper, etc., i just think there are too many people with too much money and power behind Obama to have let things go this far with there being any possibility that he could be disqualified on a technicality after roughly half a billion dollars has been spent to get him in this position.
2.) I am not proposing that we suspend the Constitution at all. But look at who would have to enforce a finding of ineligibility should one be found — Bush, The Attorney General, et al, don't have the stones to touch this with a 10 foot pole. No amount of screaming, no amount of proof, would make those “men” in DC whose job it would be to remove Obama from ballots or disallow him entry into the White House move one inch on this matter.

This to me says it all.
The judge does not have to rule until the actual trial. He can however rule for discovery, meaning Obama would have a specific time period to produce the document to the court. Likely not very long.

We’ve been tearing off little pieces of the Constitution and tossing them into the crapper for many years. The rest of it was tossed in when the 770 Billion bailout was approved. There isn’t any Constitution anymore. I think it’s over. Even if Obama himself would come on TV and, with a smirk on his face, admit that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. NOBODY would have the gonads to disqualify him.......AND HE KNOWS IT!

Well — IF THERE WERE POSITIVE, VERIFIABLE PROOF — it would be up to ‘The People’(that’s us)to ‘forcefully’ disallow him (Obama) entry into the White House, wouldn’t it?
Unless ‘We The People’ (that’s us) want to serenader OUR Constitution without a fight.
I use the words ‘OUR Constitution’ for a reason.
It belongs to us.
It is not ‘bestowed’ upon us by OUR government.
If OUR leaders act to overthrow OUR Constitution it would be incumbent upon us to also remove THEM from office.
The frightening thing is that Obama and company may actually be pushing for such a confrontation.
I’m not willing to give our founding fathers the middle finger quite yet.

My second point is not a question of ME giving up on the Constitution. It is a matter of my lack of confidence that the people we have placed in positions of power would take the risks involved to enforce Constitutional compliance should such an issue arise. I haven't exactly been wow'd by Washington's love for original intent for many years.
But it won't arise. It's bogus. There are a million reasons to want Obama to return to Illinois as a crappy narcissistic Senator on November 4th. This isn't one of them.
