that’s just so islamic, and when they get picked up and fined they complain of being targeted, accuse the police of brutallity. To be muslim is to never be in the wrong.
Obama would probably NEVER have paid the fines - it was just something his handlers took care of when they concocted his life story, totally wiped out his paper trail and sealed all his records.
