The suit might stand a chance if it gets there.

It’s amazing how the leaks from public records all come from cheating libs. Too bad there’s not a good guy or girl in the Hawaii public records section willing to get that certificate out (or publish the lack of it).

Heck, I’ll join the pool to support the ensuing prosecution (’cuz since it’s against a repub, you know there will be one).

It would at least be interesting to see the MSM be forced to discuss it!

Mr. Berg has stated that if Barack Hussein Obama will produce a certified “vault” birth certificate, a copy of his Certificate of Citizenship and a copy of his Oath of Allegiance to the United States, that he (Mr. Berg) will dismiss his lawsuit voluntarily. To date, Obama has refused to comply with Mr. Berg’s request.

May the force be with you for sure but don’t hold your breath for a favorable outcome. If they didn’t require the sec of state of Ohio to clean up the voting rolls why would they demand or permit the search into the facts surrounding the birth certification for Obama?

No way this case gets looked at by SCOTUS, but can you imagine if it is and in a 5 - 4 decision it’s determined that Obama’s not eligible to run for President? The libs would ....well, they’d riot.

If the SCOTUS deems it worth hearing, wouldn’t it be on an emergency basis considering the fallout if Obama ended up winning and was not eligible?

Exactly what I was thinking. After Bush v. Gore, this would cause them to go totally apeshit.

Is it an appeal or certiorari? I bet cert.
If cert. (which is discretionary and rarely granted), don’t count on the Court hearing it.

The Supreme Court will probably decline to hear the case on the same grounds that the Ohio case was dismissed on, the plaintiff not “having proper standing” to file such a suit against the defendant. This is the same grounds that that the Appeals Court just gave in dismissing Berg’s suit. What gives us any indication that the Supremes will actually back him up? Isn’t everybody “in” on the fix?

I think SCOTUS will say: "deliver your objections to the House of Representatives on Jan. 6, 2009."

What subpoena power does a US Representative or Senator have?

The ACLU always has standing because some convict did not get cable television in prison but a citizen does not have standing to require a candidate show proof of eligibility to assume the highest office in the land. This is the prelude to the end of this country. All the Obamabots should be required to read (although probably 50% of them can’t read and another 25% cut those calsses) George Orwell’s “Animal Farm.”

Arnold should run for President.

He could say he wrong about the Austrian thing and that he just learned he was born at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on July 4th.

Phone Numbner for the USSC Clerk’s Office: 202-479-3011.

Time to start calling to demand that the USSC take the case and enforce the Constitution.

My fiance went to the Cal vs UCLA game today with an old friend of hers that happens to be a former famous Cal running back that also played for the Saints and Chargers in the 70s (Yes, he's black). They briefly discussed the election, and he said, "If McCain wins, there will be riots in the streets", then he said, "Their will probably be riots in the streets even if Obama wins"

It won’t stand a chance unless it falls to one of the conservative justices.
Even then, they would have to feel in an especially brave mood.
I really had been feeling that this was one of those nutroot things, but watching the way Obama has been fighting this makes no sense, unless, he is in fact not a US citizen.
No wonder he referred to himself as a citizen of the world over in Berlin. He certainly isn’t a US citizen.
