I think even most of the conservative
commentators are missing the truly frightening point about Obama’s
comments.
The scary part is not merely that Obama might seek to
redistribute wealth. That happens under the US tax code, to one extent
or another, every day. The frightening point of his comments is that he
thinks that the federal government, including the courts, should be
free of the “constraints” placed upon it by the U.S. Constitution in order to
accomplish its goals.
At best, he’s advocating for the constitution to be rewritten by judicial fiat. At worst he’s hoping it gets shredded.

Does anyone have the AUDIO on it?

It didn't break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution This is the other quote requiring serious reportage.

It will be up to MeCain/Palin to make this the News of the Day!
Rush will play it and ask Big Media why they aren't reporting it.

This is really scary, and I do not think that it will make any difference to his supporters. They drank the kool-aid.

I read on the Fox crawler last night where investors/Wall Street are very nervous about an obama presidency. I actually think all of the market problems have been caused, and exacerbated by the democrats.
Since the current 10% Congress took over last year, a veil of gloom has been creeping over the nation. Now, if we get Mr. ultra-liberal as President, then we are totally screwed.
They think of the Civil Rights bill just like the do the Constitution...like it's fluid and they can add and take away any parts they deem fitting.
Now they want to add "pork" to a bill passed over 50 years ago.
All I can say is, better find a good place to hide your money, because oblammmo and his brown shirts are coming for it if he gets elected.

Here in Colorado we have Amendment 46, the Civil Rights Initiative. hehe.
“Would prohibit the state from granting preferential treatment to anyone on the basis of race, sex or ethnicity in hiring, education and contracts. “
Affirmative Action might be history in this State! We’ve just got to this one passed!

So, if the Obama administration can't "spread the wealth" enough through legislation and executive action, we can look forward to "spread the wealth" judicial activists carrying on in the federal courts for decades after we sweep the Obama administration aside?
This is why judicial appointments matter. We don't need judges who feel it's more important to "spread the wealth" than it is to follow the letter of the law and the U. S. Constitution.
If this man is elected, the country is in for a very long, very rough time. The damage will be much longer lasting, even if the voters figure out by his actions that they don't want his policies and vote the dems out of control at the 2010 elections. By then, we're screwed big time.

The U.S. Constitution / Bill of Rights is there to limit the power of the govt.
B.H.O. is all about providing the govt. with all the power and forcing the little guy/gal to play the role of sheep.
If the chosen one attains higher office, America will be a very different place not long into 2009... very anti-American if you ask me.
