The court did not rule on Obama's citizenship. It ruled that Berg has no civil right to know. He has "no standing" before that court. By brazening this issue out, Obama has placed the burden of proof on those who wish him to prove his bona fides. Of course, most citizens are asked to present their birth certificates at some point in their lives, so it is not entirely unreasonable that Obama be asked to do the same, especially considering his rather bizarre provenance. That he has not done so is at least strange,
A reasonable man would have to allow for the possibility that the COLB on the Obama website was a forgery, and a rather clumsy one at that. If Lawyer Berg were for real, which I do not believe, his case would have been a reasonable one to bring during the earliest primary battles. He claims to be pushing it up to next level.

In the meantime all we know is that Barack Obama may have been born in Kenya to an unmarried American citizen of 17 who did not fulfill the five year residency requirement after age 18 to transfer her citizenship. We can reasonably infer that the adoptee, Barry Soetoro, was probably an Indonesian citizen and traveled on an Indonesian passport. We definitely know he did not re-naturalize as required by law.
One can also wonder out loud if the aliases were registered with the Illinois Bar, or whether the drug use referenced in his autobiographies was mentioned. Obama will directly address none of these issues. And no one can make him do so.
And of course, if Frank Marshall Davis is the biological father, he's an American for sure. Also for sure is that this is the 2d consecutive bastard the Democrats have unloaded on us.
