So THAT'S their angle. Fox News knows the truth and has the evidence to prove it but won't release it. We're bound by a contract with Fox and therefore can't release a transcript of the tape. Give me a break.

Someone there should have run the spell and grammar check. And if this is such a big deal they why are they not releasing it on the internet to say FR? Hells bells FReepers here know how to get in contact with FOX. FOX will not release anything that they cannot vett lest they be sued by Michelle ma Belle and this puts FOX in a no win situation it looks like..
Say maybe this is a Michelle ma Belle stunt to put FOX in such a position that they are sued out of this world and off the air...
