I heard that someone is going to take Barack Obama to court to make him show his birth certificate that proves that he was born in Hawaii, and proof that this birth certificate is authentic. He’s doing this to prove that Barack Obama was not born in the United States, but in Africa.
Wiley Drake is suing Obama. Drake is Alan Keyes VP and almost certainly has “standing” to win a case. Drake says the Constitution doesn’t say anything about running for President. But it does say you can’t hold office. So my guess is he’ll continue to pursue this all the way up to January if Soetoro is elected.
but I still cannot figure out who takes him down if and when it is proven. Courts keep saying no one has standing to bring the lawsuits. Think this VP candidate might have standing, so if he does, what is supposed to happen. To the Lord Barack Øbama cultists they don't care if he is qualified or not - to them he is qualified and if somebody tried to disqualify him at this stage there will be blood.
