If their lives aren’t magically transformed into a land of dolphins and unicorns living happily ever after by June, Obama is going to be a dirty word.

He’s set them up with promises upon promises. There has to be a proportional payoff, now. If the Treasury is empty, and inflation hits, what then, Barack?

You know what I’m thinking? I’m thinking that in six months, he gonna tell them that oatmeal is porterhouse steak and they’ll still believe him. This is scary right down to the core.

The dems have been very, very successful in creating a group of people who walk around with their hands out demanding the fed “fill ‘er up”. Well the dems just taught these wastes of DNA how to vote.

I think what died tonight was rugged individualism that Rush talks so much about. It’s going fast and when people like us pass away, the real America will have finally ended not with a bang but with a whimper.

Would you pick me up a new TV while you're at it?

Sure!! Those flat screens are really lightweight, too. So, I'll get a couple and sell them out of my trunk.

my favorite John Wayne line.....

...a lady has been watching the Duke in San Francisco from afar in social circles and speak easys

Finally she approaches him and says....I’ve been watching you from a distance.....do you have ANY flaws ?

..John looks at her, smiles and says , yes I do.....I tell the truth.

Thanks from me too JimRob. Free Republic made this nightmare of an evening as enjoyable as it could be under the circumstances.

It wasn't until this year I realized how important this site is to me. Thank you, Jim, for FR.

After reading the reasoned, encouraging posting in this thread, I actually have some...wait for it...hope. This is the big shot for the liberals, their big chance to shine...and they have set the bar impossibly high with new and unseasoned voters during a time of unprecedented economic and international crises. It is now their show, with Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Schumer and co. as the stars.

Could this be the blessing with the best disguise ever? Or is it lack of sleep?

I hope somebody tomorrow does a comparison of precint populations to registrations to votes, to see if the ACORN vote collided with the live turnout to push the totals into the 110% range and beyond.

Just read this ....I am, but I shouldn’t be so sick and stunned that 0’s old buddy, Gov. Deval Patrick, was shadowing her and protecting her in the background. Simply disgusting and despicable!!

This criminal machine was at work in every corner of every issue in every place. Merciful God, help and save us.

I think John Wayne put it best when JFK was elected in 1960: “I didn’t vote for him but he’s my president, and I hope he does a good job.””

You ARE out of your mind. He is not my president, and I know for damn sure he is a traitor, a liar, a thug, a marxist and a racist, and there is no way on earth he will do a good job.

You’re my model, and that’s just the principle from which to operate. The more simple my life, the less entanglement with and contribution to, this government. If enough of us did this, it would matter.

Yes. Don't feed the monster. We grow our own food because we've kept our income down. We trade honey for chicken feed for eggs, etc.. I sell scrap quilts and braided rag rugs (from worn out clothes) at the flea markets (They sell big. They're "novelty").

I've made a good penny on e-bay selling weeds out of our front yard to wiccans on e-bay!

Be creative, and watch every penny. You'll be surprised how wealthy, as well as healthy, you really are. It gives you life, and something to really strive for.

Compared to people I know, we eat like kings. We're never sick. Our kids are strong and healthy. It even makes our family stronger. It's almost like an anti-government game we all play together.

They don’t want a filibuster proof majority, THEY WANT A VETO PROOF MAJORITY.

Reid is how old a senator?

Pelosi has been how long in governemnt?

Don’t you think these two political war horses want to establish a pecking order in their favor?

In fact, it looks like no TV for the next 4 years, as I will not listen to his swarmy voice period. If that's wrong, so be it.

Agreed. It's unbelievable, I miss the good old days when the thought of hearing Hillary shriek for 4 years was bad enough, now we're really stuck with this POS. We MUST unseat this Marxist in the next election, when my son is 18. He is determined to enlist when he graduates.

Yepper! The people I had over to watch don’t have a tv..Had they not been here to watch I’d have gleened every bit from FR. Watching truly was a sad outcome of a waste!
But Bush victories were just the opposit I looked at/tuned in/listened/read/revealed in as much as I could soak in about those victories!!!!!!!!
