Northern VA always comes in last and its full of rats

I thought NO VA was always reported FIRST because it's so liberal and encourages other liberals to vote and depresses Conservatives. Am I wrong?

The People’s Republic of Northern VA usually reports in last. Probably due to the traffic. Fairfax county is gridlock 24/7.
