Obviously not. When is FL going to smarten up and have one uniform poll closing time?

Full disclosure. I’m a Ravens fan. I’ve got a mental block towards Indy that persists until this day. You think a lead in exit polling isn’t considerable. Can you please tell me why?

I’m a bit disappointed in my Old Dominion. McCain’s matching Bush in the rural areas, but he’s down about ten points (according to M. Barone) in Chesterfield County, a suburb around Richmond.

OK, I guess a lead is a lead . . . especially in exit polling. I have heard from a Republican operative and friend that we are smashing Reoublican turnout records in southern and western PA. So I have to be confident about Indiana.

I’ve been telling people that Indiana was in trouble but was continually told that the state was in the bag for McCain. There does appear that folks are splitting the ballot in large numbers.

If they did that the Eastern time zone would have an unfair advantage of more poll hours.

From what I am seeing, McCain is ahead in Indiana.

Bush won VA by 9%, so McCain has some cushion in the fall off from ‘04..
