Which document are you speaking of? The first one is obviously they type you’d get if you ordered 1 to replace a lost original, or to provide a file copy. The latter one is an original, typewritten form from the early ‘60s.
Notice that the new one lists his fathers race as African, not Negro as it would if the info on the original said Negro.
African was not a RACE in ‘61. African American is considered a race now, but in ‘61 he would be listed as Negro.
The one that looks newer is obviously a forgery.
