Some people are in schools merely for the purpose of indoctrinating. If you don’t like this, attend your local school board meetings. Or run for the school board yourself.

Teachers cannot be fired. Trust me on this one. A murder in broad daylight - maybe; posting nude pics of themselves online - maybe. Otherwise, fogettaboutit. Won’t happen. The teacher’s unions are WAY too strong to buckle under a little thing like “perceived bias” in the classroom. School boards and superintendents would laugh at you.
Er, hiring for schools is done by local school districts, according to rules laid out by state governments, not the Feds. Bush has next to nothing to do with the hiring of teachers.
The only Federal influence on hiring decisions are anti-discrimination laws and civil rights laws, which the current President has nothing to do with.
It’s sad isn’t it? People actually believe that the public schools are there to teach basic academics, but will ignore the realities of indoctrination.
