BOYCOTT of FOX is WORKING
Veritas2002 | 11-07-08 | Vanity

Posted on 11/07/2008 9:06:21 AM PST by veritas2002

There has been an overwhelming response to the call to BOYCOTT FOX because of their trashing of Sarah Palin on their various programs, especially by Carl Cameron and Shep Smith.

The one-week BOYCOTT began yesterday - Thursday, at 3:00 PM EST. While some of you remarked that you had already tuned them out, many of you agreed to begin doing so.

To broaden the BOYCOTT, post this on as many conservative blogs that you can. The Nielsen ratings might not relfect the BOYCOTT but you can be sure that FOX's sponsors will not be happy, and it's all about money baby.

After the ratings tumble all the other hosts on FOX will be putting pressure on Cameron and any others to cease becoming part of the 'drive-by media' crowd.

So far over 15,000 have viewed the call for the BOYCOTT!

Call their sponsors and tell them you’re not going to buy their products.

Meh. IF ratings go down at all, it will only be explained away as a further example of conservatism’s waning popularity.

That is so good to hear. After all, I would hate to think that the only fair and balanced news network might carry something that does not toe the party line. We really need to put those Commies at Fox out of business so we can get back to watching genuinely objective news from CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC and ABC.

But we’ll almost be forced to watch Greta interview Palin next Monday night. I can’t miss that.

“Call their sponsors and tell them you’re not going to buy their products”.

...this is where you put your effort. Call sponsors, organize a petition, do what the looney left does. It works for them...EVERY TIME!

That may hurt Glenn with his new Fox contract.

Yeah, Billy effin Mays is going to be all over Shep.

With their advertisers, I’d be surprised if they have a phone number you can look up.

Why only one week? I won't watch them until they become a legitimate news channel and give up yellow journalism.

CNN is biased, but at least there aren't breaking news gongs every time a celebrity gets a wedgie.

I guess it's mild comedy watching Hannity interrupt people instead of debating and watching BOR go into a frothing rage. But it ain't news. Plus, MSDNC is funnier.

Is there a reason to watch any news channel these days?

I boycott FOX, and hope to see the interview online or at least read the transcript.

Great ideas....

Of course, we will get some of the “McCain Liberals” on here that claim boycotts dont work (in actuality...most of the time they do). Just ignore that

The bashing of Palin must stop. It is sick that the media keeps reporting it...and sad that McCain staffed his campaign with two-year-olds

I would be very selective on what I watch on FOX. Palin with Greta would be one program to watch. That would help in sending the message if it got high ratings and the others were in the tank.

Will never watch fnc again. Wife turns it on and I raise the volume on the tv I’m watching.

Wife says this is how our country works blah blah. The founders didn’t plan on idiot-low-lifes having the power to vote.
