The man is lazy. I said this in the primaries based on his track record of late arrivals to meetings, not appearing for numerous meetings, and avoiding votes (or voting “present”). He thinks that the hard part is over and he can coast from here on.

The press got used to George Bush’s punctuality. Now they have to go back to what Clinton did.....Never on time. We used to have a saying when I was on active duty...”Early is on time...late is unacceptable”. People without military training are undisciplined and this is what you get.
