Screw him. We, and Gov. Palin, gave him the keys to the White House (Ayers and 0bama’s other terrorist buddies), and he tossed them aside just like he has tossed aside illegal immigration, and the 1st Amendment, etc.
Besides, Joe Lieberman needs his help now to save his position.
I thought I was the only one here who was underwhelmed by Gov. Palin.
ring...ring...click...hello....click.
Sarah can and will defend herself.
We need to forget about this election and move on. McCain is history so let’s not waste any more time on him.
Look to the future.
“Just like he had to babysit her through every interview.”
After the staffers picked the worst interviewers, and failed to bring along their own recording equipment to battle biased editing?
“Just like he had to explain and spin everytime she contracdicted his position on major issues.”
Well...everyone KNEW from the beginning she wants drilling in ANWR, and the whole unspoken message was we were all hoping HE would wind up moving to HER position on that.
“Just like he was forced to program her to ignore moderators question.”
Palin’s debate performance outshined the three other men combined.
“Just like he had to explain why Neiman Marcus stock is going up.”
“he”? ummm...no.
That was another “anonymous” leak again.
The woman can rake in millions for McCain and we REALLY have to hear more bitching about clothing?
“Just like when he had to explain to everyone why she would be fine if there actually was a 3:00am call.”
If that were really a concern for him - and you - then why was she chosen in the first place? Hmmm?
“Just like he had to arrange a shot-gun marriage to resolve Juno Alaska.”
“had to” did he?
And then he “had to” name her to run did he?
Poor guy - who was holding the gun to his head during all this?
“Just like he had to spend time and resources fighting Troopergate.”
Which he knew about prior to choosing her.
“Thats all the Old man did since the moment he picked her......clean up her mess.”
“her” mess?
HE PICKED HER!
She gave him millions of dollars and gave him a fighting chance.
You must be a media hack because you obviously paid no attention to anything that happened in the past two months.
Governor Palin was the best thing that happened in this campaign season.
If McCain and his staff had not been so determined to botch the economic issues and tiptoe around the real Obama then he might well have won.
Every problem he had was associated with him and/or the campaign staff HE picked and supervised.
No one is perfect, but Sarah Palin was better than any of the other 3 candidates. She would have had much more opportunity to shine if she had been “handled” properly — or rather if we had seen a lot less “handling” and more Sarah.
Ah, one of the Rino’s who recommended this mess shows up to trash Sarah Palin.
Lets start with first one......I have seen with my own eyes, time after time, McCain holding join interviews, because he can’t trust Sister Sarah to not make a bigger debacle. For years I have been watching elections, these joint interviews are absolutely rare, if they have ever been done. The reason was simple, don’t let her talk first and mess it up.
Proof.
I Left a message saying that he was a classless jerk for not speaking out against the nasty smears coming from his own campaign.
Without Palin, McCain would have lost by 30% a truly embarrassing event that Palin saved him from, and he just sits on his thumb while they attack her.
Why would he listen to us now any more than he did when he should have wanted our votes?
Handled?
The fact she needed “Handling/Programming” disqualifies her.
Dozens of women are Governors and Senators and Congresswoman, and NONE of them need Grandpa to protect you from “evil media” that may ask you questions like, “What magazines do you read?”.
Everything, whatever they put in front of me.
Can you name one or two.
Oh Gosh, you betcha, everything, whatever is on the table, here some more blinking for ya, look how how I am, President and Founder of Cute_But_Cluless.com!
Forget writing him. Quit wasting your energy there.
The thing to do is write a letter to the editor, and send to Arizona papers.
Let his constituents know what the country thinks of his sleezy campaign staffers and his silence.
Are these your words? Your thoughts? If so, go F yourself... my friend.
Every candidate has “handlers” — that’s the nature of any modern national campaign.
One problem here was that the “handlers” did not understand the campaign, the candidates, or the real issues.
Your words and your thoughts are reflective of your abilities - my freind.
F’ McCain...
McCain didn’t vet her and picked her for a razzle dazzle move that lasted all the way till people got serious.
Its his fault.
However, the fact she was so clueless, that the campaign was afraid of letting her near a microphone is on her.
She is incapable of realizing that she is ignorant, and that makes handling her very difficult since she is so full of confidence.
If it were not for Sarah Palin doing the heavy lifting for him, the percentage difference between Hussein and McCain would likely have been in double digits.
McCain was truly the underwhelming one in this election.
McCain was as bad a candidate as Dole was, but at least Dole had the decency to resign from the Senate.
McCain could probably make a fortune now hawking for Viagra.
