Actually, many existing laws violate the Constitution - such as McCain-Feingold and the Social Security act. The book to read is “The Dirty Dozen” about existing laws and court decisions.
Congress will give Obama just about anything he wants. So we need a flood of law suits brought to the Supreme Court level. The Supreme Court is the only branch left which might preserve freedom in the United States.

Obama called for a civilian force to take some of the national security burden off the military.
I am still flabbergasted. The purpose of the military is security. Why not recruit for it? But the left loathes military. Yet tell them of a Civilian force to police them and, woo hoo, not a problem. Recall the loathing by the left and the MSM of the civilian militia that volunteered to watch the border and the call for more border agents, especially in the election cycles of 04 and 06. Now Obama wants it, and there seem to be few complaints from the left.
I'll fight for Broun. As a Georgian, I appreciate his boldness and truth while others cowardly hide.

We already have one. It's called the National Guard.
We already have health care for the poor, too. Medicaid and Medicare.
The lefts agenda isn't about helping the civilians. It's about total, absolute power over the civilians.
