That was beautiful. I feel sorry for people who don’t like dogs, they are missing something wonderful in their lives.

I have always had dogs in my life. I do not think I would be the person I am without them.

What’s awesome is that somebody took such good care of his dogs while he was gone. Man that made me laugh and cry. :-))

the black dog just stands off and barks again and again.

I saw that, too. Loved it.

I don’t think so! When my son accepted a job halfway across the country, he was concerned every summer at vacation time that our family dog had forgotten him. He needn’t have worried. The dog always went to the airport and the drive home was nearly identical to this video. He also sensed when my son was preparing to leave. It’s funny, no matter how many family members in a household, a dog always misses one if one is absent.

I know - I’ve got a relative who has one. She thought a ‘barkless’ dog would be a good choice since she lives in close proximity to her neighbors and rents the top half of the duplex out. However, the noises that dog can make are absolutely incredible, he licks himself like a cat, and runs around like he thinks he’s a border collie.

LOL! While my son was deployed the first question in his emails was to ask about his dog.. Friends and families in charge of pets at home had BETTER have the right answers!

Good for you and thank you!! My Daddy passed away two years ago next month and his very last worry was his little Chihuahua and every time he brought her up, I promised to take care of her. So we are two years out now and she just turned 11 years old and is still quite sassy. I have often wondered if she would remember him if he came back, and after seeing this video I have no doubt.
