I think Joel is probably a red diaper doper baby. He'd probably wet his pants at the mere sight of a military rifle.

And this weekend I believe I will be getting a Kimber .45 for CCW with 12 month 0% financing. Dang, who's got 0% gun financing???

"Drinking establishments at that time in that area are full of Conservatives?"
Actually, they're full of people who aren't going to tolerate a bunch of bile from a bedwetter who hides behind a computer/word processor.

I, uh, took the time to register and make a comment at the site. You might like it-short and sweet.

This is the sort of smartass childish taunting that passes for deep thinking among leftist writers. I always wonder if any of these little punks would be brave enough to make any of these remarks to the faces of the people they insult. And the answer is always “NO”.

A majority of us were dancing in the streets celebrating a historic new direction for our country
In 1960 you'd have been hard pressed to find a German who'd admit to voting for Hitler. I wonder if this guy will admit to voting for The Big 0 in 20 years. Bets?
"Running scared"? Not the long time gun owners. Just waiting to see how things turn out.

When deer hunting season opens this weekend, Wisconsins poor deer hunters are going to be at even more of a disadvantage than usual in their annual attempt to match wits with highly intelligent animals.
Assclown.

Good Lord, Joel McNally is still around and still has people willing to publish his crap? I thought he died of a drug overdose back in the Sixties.

"Awesome, sounds like good people."
I've known quite a few. And interestingly enough, they sound a little like Sarah Palin--the one the people on the coasts spend so much time making fun of.
I am reminded of a line from "The Gladiator": The time for honoring yourself will soon be at an end......

And I’m busy doing the hunting part of deer hunting. This guy needs to be smacked, and as both a hunter and a lady, I volunteer!

Aww. Its cute when small-town op-ed writers get snarky. He's not a small-town op-ed writer. He's an old line lefty hack who's been around since at least the late 1960s and he's worked for, and been fired from chosen to leave, the Milwaukee Journal, the Madison Capital Times, the Shepherd Express (All all the gay porn you ever wanted!), and now he's a liberal talk show host and "syndicated columnist." I can't seem to find out which syndicate represents him, though, so I doubt it's one of the first, second, or even third-string ones.
In short, he's a total jerk who's still stuck in the 1960s. What's amazing here is that the Janesville Gazette chose to run this column. They must really want to P.O. readers and lose subscribers.
To: SJackson
What comes through from these stories is just the opposite of the image gun owners want to projectthat they are tough guys ready to shoot it out with any wild thingman or beastwho crosses their path.Moron.
