It’s the difference between 110vac and 220vac. They learned that trick from some CIA old-timers but forgot to do the math conversion on the difference between Indian and American outlet voltages.

Yes, there were several early reports on thursday (and even into friday) that either 6 or 9 terrorist murdering animals had been captured.

i found them credible because on the heels came one (and only one) story detailing the tactics and procedures of the terrorists, which has proven in retrospect to be accurate. wish i had saved the URL, it was a concise report with a certain ring of authenticity.

if other of these animals were rounded up, i guess/hope they “died of their wounds”.

this was exactly and precisely the situation where torture is called for and justified. who knows what other traps they’d set, what other targets they had, or what other abominations they had planned.

Other prospective terrorists are probably looking for places to hide after this terrorist spills his guts. We should soon be reading of terrorist strongholds being taken out.

Not soon enough, I’m afraid. Can anyone show me what benefit islam has ever had for humanity or culture - hospitals, charities, universitites, advancements in medicine or science? I know some great knowledge came out of the Arab world, but I believe that was all PRE-islam and PRE-mohammed. This worship of the “moon god” just has no place in civilization as we have known it for centuries, millenia. Wipe it all out before it’s too late.

They can start by checking him for prostate cancer with a cattle prod, and proceed from there..

I’ve heard “yes drugs” and “no drugs”, wonder if this has been confirmed?

I can’t imagine anyone who is not totally insane doing something like this, or someone who is completely doped up.

Yep, very common “cures” in the third world.

“I feel crappy, think I’ll go to the Doc for a glucose IV.”

“I have a hangover, think I’ll.....”

....and so on.

In other words, the only survival for a nation is for a nation to put its survival as a nation above other interests. Makes sense to me.

Also, waterboarding is slightly superfluous when your subject is wounded and laying in a hospital surgery with an array of scalpels, forceps, defibrillators, and psychoactive drugs.

What ever happened to those 5 other guys reported captured in the beginning?

Yep, Indian operators and mercenaries can infiltrate Pakistan just as easily as the terrorists entered Mumbai.

But perhaps it will happen quietly and we will not read of it.

I think your on to something. That 110/220 conversion. Ill pass it up the ladder. Can’t wait till they get someone to try it out on and see if it works now.

They made some advances for about 200 years post-MoonBoy, then succumbed to the totalitarian dictates of his followers.

There an MIT-trained engineering professor named Pervez Hoodbhoy who has written some incredible stuff about “Islamic science”.

Like:

Islam and Science: Religious Orthodoxy and the Battle for Rationality; Zed Books, London, 1992. ISBN 978-1856490252 (Translations in Arabic, Indonesian, Malaysian, Turkish, and Urdu)

The numbers are still up in the air, and fog of war has been a problem.

The initial reports (thursday PM USA time) were 5 to 10 captured, 5 to 10 killed, depending upon the report.

several times “40 probable terrorists” was reported and once 50.

It’s odd that they end up with this one guy, but I suspect under the circumstances that extreme and justifiable measures were applied to the others who were captured.

I have heard on IBN and NDTV that they were using meth to stay up and alert for a long period of time. That makes sense.
