The person selected will be a Democrat because most of the delegates are Dems, and it will be anyone other than BO. Thus Biden can be selected or Clinton. If the EC meets and selects BO because he has all the delegates, and the court decides BO is not qualified, only Congress can remove BO per the impeachment process.
