once obama is inagurated, it does not matter, all LAWS and DEEDS he signs are valid. thats just how it is.
I'm not a constitutional scholar, but I don't think you're right about that. I think that if he turns out being illegitimate then his acts are null and void as well.
But it's not really important. All that's needed is the suspicion of illegitimacy for him to be challenged in court. Someone's almost certain to do that, and if so he'll need to respond or large portions of the population (like the military) will reject his authority.
I think you can bank on it.

President just signs to give it effect.
