Ooops, See the date?
It’s stating that a Mormon Baptism is not valid in the Catholic church. In otherwords if a Mormon wants to become Catholic, he/she must be baptised there.
I’m sure means a lot to a Mormon. Just like their Baptism after my death means a lot to me /s/

You do know that the Catholic Church views other baptisms by Christian sects as valid don't you? It is only those sects that are determined to be outside Christianity that Catholicism doesn't recognize.
