68 million people decided that they didn’t care about the Constitution...do you understand this?
::::::::::
Those Americans that did vote for Obama (it certainly was not all of them) in the most part, could not tell you what the Constitution is, what the Bill of Rights is, who wrote them, or what they even stand for. Nor do they have any care or knowledge about THE LAW that governs elections.

I agree with your premise, but do not agree that the SCOTUS is powerless. Not at all. Were they powerless when they stopped THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF CORRUPT LIBERAL FLORIDA JUDGES IN 2000? No, they stood up and did their job. That caused an almost ILLEGALLY WON ELECTION to be stopped and another candidate to be rightfully installed in the White House.

How is that so different from now? It really boils down to whether or not we still have a system of laws, and a SCOTUS that is sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution which clearly states the REQUIREMENTS to be President of this country.

Apparently we do not. More RIGHTFUL AND LAWFUL challenges will be presented to the SCOTUS and my guess is that those will be rejected as well. The SCOTUS knows Obama is not a legal citizen. They know the FEC did not do its job and that the DNC is more corrupt than the Kremlin.

This country, and Constitutional law, are in a lot of trouble.

Because the SCOTUS lost a lot of power over Bush-v-Gore. SCOTUS really does not want to sully itself with political rulings, nor should they.

My point is that the electorate wants this guy to be president, and there are just too many Americans out there who don't care about the Constitution, as I think we both agree.

So right. Read a blog today of someone who was ranting and raving just a few weeks back to vote for Obama and yet said "Clinton was named to the Secretary of the House or whatever (don't want to google it)."
