There is nothing “looney” about vetting a dishonest candidate whose minions forged his COLB on his website. Obama has something to hide.

Leo’s case had absolutley nothing to do with the BC issue. It was about dual nationality because his father was British at the time of his birth.

During the Clarence Thomas hearings, I upset some Democrats when I told them "I do not believe any of Anita Hill's charges. And even if I was convinced that EVERY SINGLE ONE of her charges were proven true, I would still support Clarence Thomas, because I want somebody of his ideology on the Supreme Court."
The people who voted for him DO NOT CARE. They want a Democrat running the US and pushing the Dem agenda. They do not care about something they probably consider an arcane technicality.
Put another way, if they cared about a strict observance of the Constitution, then they would be Republicans.
The Supreme Court has said it will not review the Donofrio case, but it did not offer further comment. So I guess that’s that (at least for that case).
However, the following is still apparently the facts of the matter:
The photo at http://tinyurl.com/6pv6kv is not a photo of Obama’s birth certificate. It is a photo of a “Certification of Live Birth.” If Hawaii had verified that this photo of a “Certification of Live Birth” was authentic, I would accept that. But it has not, as far as I can tell.
What Hawaii has said it possesses is a Hawaiian birth certificate, on the other hand, for Obama, which would look like this: http://tinyurl.com/4rnudo. This photo is from 1963, and it seems likely that what Hawaii has verified it possesses is a document very similar to this. Hawaii, it should be noted, has not — as far as I can find in news reports — said anything to authenticate the “Certification of Live Birth.”
Considering the USSC refused to give hearing and verify that most basic requirement of any candidate for POTUS, the Court, “with a deafening silence,” stated thus: the United States Constitution is officially dead. No person in this nation has legal standing to challenge anything about anyone. The precepts written in the Constitution mean only whatever men want those words to mean at the time and for their own convenience.
We are now a nation governed by the whims of men, and not by immutable law. Under such bondage, any policy, Barak Obama effects as president, will stand indisputable, because those having the courage and resources to make challenge will come against an impenetrable wall of indifference, even at the highest levels of authority.
Those citizens, whom we imagined made of sterner metal, will prove themselves kowtowing poltroons, offering the convenient excuse “we must work in the system”… an arrangement they know no longer exists, though they are unwilling to state such openly. Men will suffer every conceivable infringement and insult to their liberties, so long as such is sufferable. To preserve fleeting material treasure, to hold their vain imagining of security, they will gladly sell their fellows into bondage. I opine such individuals are fools.
A government of foreign agents, charlatans, and their useful idiots shall control every aspect of our daily lives, and we are powerless to bring redress, save by force of arms. However, that inalienable Right will soon be “redefined” abridged and stripped of all vigor… because we as a people have surrendered our virtue and vigilance. We who believe and follow the precepts of the Constitution shall be considered outlaws. We are even now, though perhaps unawares, “enemies of the State.”

I love how some on the right give up so fast, after one try. Thank God the founders were not like that.
Sometimes in order to break the lake ice we use one huge rock. But sometimes we must just keep adding small rocks until it breaks.

That was one case of many pending and more to come. And it was a case that did not dispute Obama’s forged birth certificate.

How does any of that have anything to do with what the Constitution requires?
That said, it’s no surprise the Court did not grant review. However, that says nothing about the merits of the question.
This case is about the future.
Obama may or may not be “natural born” as the Constitution requires. I figure thathe probably does not meet al the legal requirements.
The problem is that once he gets away with it, in the future he’ll let it be known that he wasn’t natural born.
NOTHING WILL BE DONE.
Then, 20-30 years from now, some person clearly not eligible will be elected. And they will argue the precedent set here.
It is a downhill slide and starts here. It needs to be settled, settled conclusivley and settled before he takes office.
