Can you infer from this that the MSM is following this story closely and they don't like what they see.
Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

I just saw it on the front of yahoo!, you know, since it was turned down. I never saw it on there when it was pending. They mention Berg and are still perpetuating the two myths: 1) That he posted his birth certificate and 2) That Hawaiian officials confirmed he was born there.

In both cases, these were acts of congress. On the other hand, it seems that about the only thing that DOESN'T require proof of citizenship anymore is the (imaginary) "office of the president elect."
Funny how more and more often, we see that the Constitution is flaunted by those who have taken an oath to protect and defend it.

It’s out in the open now, and Cort Wrotnowski’s case was distributed for conference by all nine SCOTUS Justices this coming Friday morning. Leo’s legal arguments were a large bases portion of Cort’s. Leo strengthened the arguments in Cort’s case, AND both Leo and Cort are heading to the SCOTUS Tuesday to file a supplemental brief further strengthening Cort’s case.
