Yes we all know that so much more is going on here, and for sure Fitzgerald is protecting somebody.

You better have hard evidence, or else this is same garbage that the "Clintons are Going Down!" that we heard for years.
When you post something from "a friend" - that means nothing without a tape, a recording, a deposition, or pictures.

Someone said earlier this was worse than Watergate, I now thin that was an understatement.

The left will honor rather than trash Fitz, after all.
Well done, Fitz.

Sorry - I see you are only posting from By Debbie Schlussel - whose "sources" are about enough right now to stop Obama from being President because he was born in Kenya, as telling us he should have been indicted before the election.
Just happy to read all this great stuff............
And it means..........what?

I think they probably were told by the WH to hold off, because it is obvious that Bush bent over backwards not to prejudice Bambi’s chance. I don’t think he especially wanted Bambi to be elected, but Bush is about the most self-sabotaging person we have ever had as president. It would be one thing if this affected only Bush, but what he never seems to have realized is that by abandoning his leadership position, he threw all the rest of us to the dogs.

Way to go pubbies. look at all the problems you get when you don't clean out the Dem's from the positions under you. You have now lost an Attorney Gen(Gonzalez) an election Senators (burns). Way to go. Now if you ever take power again will you learn?

i’m having a real problem with Schlussels’ article and her “sources”. She was doing very well with her campaign to reveal the fraud behind 0b0z0’s Selective Service application and documentation. The tone she’s set here with her unnamed sources smacks of tabloidism and newspapers that sell two headed dogs.

Federal Sources: Fitzgerald Held Off Blagojevich Bust to Protect Obama Election Chances...not at all surprising - and yet a few years ago when Rep.Curt Weldon of suburban Philly was under investigation for some trumped up charges his home was raided by the FBI in a highly publicized incident, complete with heavy TV coverage, only a week or two before the election - Weldon lost his reelection bid and the POS Sestak elected in his place (and I never heard anything about Weldon's supposed wrongdoing again) - fascinating how those invested in big government use government powers to make sure their ilk are perpetuated.......

Let’s add this with the “economic emergency” that suddenly developed when McCain got the Palin/convention bounce and had a lead in the polls.
It stinks of sabotage by the WH if you ask me. I like Bush and am not much for conspiracies. But this all just stinks.

Fine. How about indicting Fitzgerald for aiding and abetting a felony and obstruction of justice?

From the article:
Frankly, it's obvious that Obama knew of the "sale" of the Senate seat. He acknowledged he knew of the "sale," and "we turned it down." And I believe he knew far more than he's letting on.
Obviously, Obama knows something about what was going on here, but is Schlussel correct that Obama has acknowledged anything related to the "sale," or has said anything remotely close to "we turned it down," in relation to Blogo's request? This could be explosive, if there's any corroboration.
