It's a list of people who ruin all the fun by showing up on BC threads and ask that the Truther Kool-aid drinkers back up their arguments with facts --something they can't do. 1. Obama's selection must appear before a committee of Congress before Congress will approve or disapprove him/her.
2. Let's say one of the questions from a committee member is something like this: "Could you please provide the committee with a verified copy of your long form birth certificate---the one with the doctor and birth hospital names on it?"
3. What do you think will happen to Obama's Supreme Court nominee if he refuses to provide such a long form birth certificate---the one with the doctor and birth hospital names on it?
4. In my opinion, I don't think that the nominee will be accepted if he refuses to provide such a long form birth certificate.
5. So, why does the present Supreme Court NOT require Obama to provide his long form birth certificate---the one with the doctor and birth hospital names on it---in order to prove that he, Obama, is eligible to be president? I wish I knew.

Ok .. which of the items of the matter set out in the docket list above are the ‘main case’ for which hearing is scheduled on Jan. 9?
Since you are so focused on correcting the process, why don’t you lead the charge while others seek to invalidate a candidate that refuses to prove his elligibility?

I’d be more than happy to stack up my reasoning skills with yours on a forum moderated closely keeping track of the use of classical fallacies & such. I’ve seen dozens of these fallacies coming from the CoLB Troll side of the fence. Unfortunately, Free Republic is not such a place for closely moderated discussion, so trolls such as yourself get to operate freely, just as in the days of tootyfruityrudybots before the bugzapper thread. Unfortunately, the stakes are much higher now, our constitutional republic has taken a severe wound, possibly fatal. But take heart, dear one. Your goals are exactly the same as Obama’s as you generate your keyboard commando raids.
That’s a reasonably good definition of provocateur.
