Wow, the SCOTUS saw The 9/11 Truther Berg’s case to be so important that they scheduled their conference ten days after the Vice President certifies the election and four days before Chief Justice Roberts delivers the oath of office to Obama.
BTW-How is Berg doing in his attempt to prosecute George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks?

Also, there is a case, Broe vs. Reed, in the Washington State Supreme Court for January 8, 2009 challenging Obama’s non-citizenship. Subpoenas have been served.
