Meanwhile, if it can be shown that Obama has repeatedly lied in claiming to have been born the US, when he may well have not been—technical eligibility or not—is grounds for for not inaugurating him President. I think that is a criminal act.

Natural born means born in the US. Plus there are issues concerning his mother.
Whether correct or not, this is the belief held by millions (if not most) of Americans and probably the main reason why this so-called 'conspiracy' has received a collective "who cares?" among the masses. This is also why even if absolute proof of Kenyan birth is uncovered (something I highly doubt we'll see) there's not going to be millions of Americans marching on Washington over it. No civil war. No Constitutional crisis. Just a collective "so what?"

You are very wrong ! To be a “natural born citizen” it requires you have “both” parents be US citizens at the time of birth. And only a ‘natural-born’ citizen is eligible to hold the office of President...you all need to brush up on your knowledge of the constitution.
