Last night Ed Hale presented the (heretofore, unseen) divorce decree on Plains Radio between Obama's mother and Obama Sr ( her FIRST marriage).
The key bonus in this was the revelation of the specific version of her name in the decree, Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
The POE allegedly includes Obama's birth information/certificate ( British Kenya) as required for entry. Stay tuned for events...see other comments below. -------------------------------------------------- DesertVet Newbie

No secret I've been highly skeptical on this whole ordeal. I'm now beginning to think this could very well lead the way to the smoking gun. Until this document she has only been known as "Dunham", no where in public records has Obama's Mothers name read as it does on this divorce decree. I believe the "D" being abreviated has allowed them to locate her records. This has led them to a "port of entry" birth certificate for Barack Obama. She submitted this POE certificate when she came back to the US, and the fact that there is a POE Certificate...proves that he was indeed born out of the country.
This would mean that Obama has never been through Immigration & Naturalization Services in his life, he became a citizen of Indonesia, and never applied for a U.S. passport. If this is the case, then he's not even a citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
I'm not 100% certain on my assertion of above take on this document issue, but I think it is HIGHLY plausible. I'm still not ready to dance in the streets by any means yet (Yeah, I'm a tough sell). But I am quite intriguied at the moment. Couldn't say that earlier today.

Unfortunately, from what I read on FR last June, it seems that Freepers wanted everyone to ignore this issue and “Beat Obama on the issues”. That didn’t work and now we are told “It doesn’t matter, just let it go”.

As I stated in my initial post—this is the first divorce between Dunham and Obama —NOT Soetoro.
This decree had never been unearthed until now.
Then I read justice Roberts was the loudest whiner when the pay increase for justices was turned down recently.
Hell, they already receive over $210k per year.
Oh well, just goes to show how outta touch these folks are.

It doesn't. Now they're off onto this Port of Entry document, whatever that might be. This is like a nightmare that never ends, even after you wake up.
I pray that at the end of all this there is a smoking gun. God forbid this guy ever becomes President.
Possibly, but not directly. It could be, but only if a document search using that specific version of her name turns up something that previously could not been found. The POE document sounds like such a thing. (BTW, I'm as skeptical as anybody that this will turn into anything of any significance.)

ok. so now what? does anyone really think this is going to keep Obama out? As much as we understand the procedure and qualification, what would compel Obama to step down at this point? If the Supremes have found no merit in the challenges to date, what would compel O to back off?
Just look as his crooked governor from Illinois. He is ignoring every order of law in his appointment of a US Senator to replace O. They are plannning on forcing their way IN to power. No matter how corrupt, kicking out top politicians is next to impossible aside from death by old age or cardiac arrest.
Could this be the breaking point that starts an American Civil War? I have never seen so much contempt and heard so much rage towards politicians as citizens have been loudly complaining lately.

OK, so I read the document image. So, Barry’s Diddy and Mommer were married in Hawaii in February 1961, and the Messiah was born in August 1961 (according to the document).
What am I missing here?

what about voting records? hawaii was a state in the 60s..so any address should have been listed....you might be able to see if it correlates with the birth announcement.

She could not bequeath natural born citizenship on her son in a purely LEGAL (i.e. CONSTITUTIONAL) way, i.e. the only way that counts.
If folks like you ever got the upper hand in our Republic, the entire Constitution would be dispensed with "in a purely technical way", and I pray that never happens.
