They’ve got 6 days to finish this job. I pray for their success, because after GWB leaves I’m afraid they’re on their own.

If the Hamas interior minister is dead, then more residents of Gaza will live.
So this is a good day all around.

Said Siyam is thought to the group’s third most senior figure in Gaza. A teacher and former protege of Rantisi, he emerged as a spokesman for Hamas in early 2004.

I think that this is precisely why they are doing it now. They can’t depend or rely on the Messiah to be on their side anymore after next Tuesday.

A good Hamas leader is a dead Hamas leader.

From the Jerusalem Post, Hamas interior minister Said Siam dies in IAF air strike

Hamas's interior minister, Said Siam, was killed along with his brother Iad and his son, as well as another senior Hamas man in an IAF strike on a house in the Jabaliya neighborhood in Gaza City, Israeli defense officials told The Jerusalem Post.

Siam was the Hamas political echelon's liaison with the group's military wing, and was responsible for the various security apparatuses in the Strip, including the police and the naval force.

Siam was considered a radical and was in contact with Hamas's political leadership in Damascus.

Salah Abu Shrakh, the head of the Hamas general security service, was also killed in the air strike.

Siam was the most senior Hamas man to be killed in almost three weeks of fighting. Hamas confirmed that Siam was killed with his brother and son. According to Palestinian reports, Mahmoud Watfa, one of the commanders of the Hamas military wing, was also killed in the strike.

Israel needs to buy into the 10 unconditional cease fire so that the Iranian ship can land all those tons of long range white phosphorus medical supplies and get them in place for use.

The Hamas leader is trying not to be seen by hiding inside the UN hospital. However, Israeli intelligence knows he is there.
