Libby, who had been indicted on five felony counts for perjury, false statements and obstruction of justice, and one misdemeanor charge involving an altercation with two lesbian cheerleaders, said "Yeah. Like I didn't see that one coming."

Obviously you’re not paying much attention either. Did you perhaps look at the front page of that site? All the nes stories are dated June 2009. It’s “satire” basically.

I should have made it clear — a 250k fine & 2 years probation from a conviction for NO REASON is hardly my idea of justice for Scooter Libby. He deserves a full pardon without condition.
