Thanks for the fun day and shooting and posting the pictures.
I was on my way to NYTexan’s house when I got a phone call from my better half. Something occurred that needed my attention before she left town on business for a week.
NYTexan, where did you learn to make enchiladas in that manner? That is exactly the way I do them. I learned that in West Texas. It is called Conquitador style of cooking.

I do not know if you noticed but “deaf smith” was doing some very serious shooting (one handed) with his wheel gun. I can not shoot as good with a two handed grip. His work with the wheel gun was very impressive.
