I don't like the circumstantial evidence against the good doctor, and sounds suspect, but his "arsenal" is a legal INVENTORY.

I have alot more problems with a recently-released felon with a box-cutter, or a radical Muslim with a knife, than I do a doctor with a nice collection of transferable machineguns.

Methinks that the grenades (if they can PROVE they were his (by fingerprints, etc), are gonna send him away for a few years unless his FFL is Type 10, or he has a Destructive Device license.

I say put me and some bang_list members on that jury!

They can’t look at this guy’s credit card records to see if he purchased morphine over the internet? People are able to do that? Where?

Okay, since the reporting is a little shoddy I have to do some assumptions here. I’m going to assume that all of these “live grenades” are 40 mm for either an M79 or M203. That being the case, the reporter needs to find out if these are HE rounds. I mean, having a 100 smoke rounds isn’t going to hurt anyone. Of course, I guess it sounds more menacing to say live grenades without filling in any of the details.

Don’t get me wrong, I think this doctor is probably a bad character because I think he’s illegally selling perscriptions to addicts. However, if he has an FFL license and is legal for all of this stuff, who cares? Really?

Perhaps, but under the Obama redistribution plan it sounds to me like he should share the ammo "wealth" and spread some of those 500,000 rounds of ammo to less fortunate militias in the area.

oh the irony.

A doctor can legally cut a baby out of a woman’s stomach, crack its skull and throw the baby into a garbage dumpster.. These “doctors” are praised for having the courage to uphold freedom of speech.

Same doctor has a legal inventory of legal ammunition and firearms....the feds bury a bunch of shit in an adjacent field to set the guy up.

Typical metropolitan bull$#!t.

Lots of this going on.

If you have such items, it is best to dispose of them now. The ATF has alot of new funding, and an eye for trouble.

“instruments of war with no social purpose.”

Just the sort of thing the Second Amendment protects. But of course the BATFE has their own restrictive interpretation of that amendment.

While no 40mm grenade is going do much to the containment building of a US nuclear reactor, they can be used to prepare food .. for the hogs.

So, how many people has this doctor killed or maimed with his arsenal?

Zero? Yes, I suspected as much.

The doctor needs to get on with it. Enraged chimpanzees have a better record of destruction and mayhem than these guys and their bad ass arsenals.

Ooh, he makes me so scared! </sarcasm>

Ah, just remembered!!!

YET ANOTHER HORRENDOUS FAILURE OF BABY BUSH. That idiot GW Bush did NOTHING to even slow down the fascist activities of the ATF that Clinton and that dyke b!@#$ attorney general stocked with Nazi thugs.

GW Bush = worthless as sin. The Republican blood-bath of 2006 was very well deserved. No, I didn’t contribute to it. I voted “R” every opportunity I was presented, including for that idiot liberal McLame.

But I can understand how that idiot GW Bush threw away his Republican majorities in the Senate, House and Governorships in 2006. What an embarrassment.

WASS

I've looked and looked, but I can't find where government gets to define how many shall not be infringed items WE get to have!
