What a coincidence. You and I have the same “therapist.”
You read my mind. First thing I thought about when I clicked on this thread. Incredible.
She is right, in a perfect world no one should have to make a sacrifice to be free, unfortunately, this mindset has no basis in reality.
“It hurts. It hurts,” the first lady said in regard to military families having to live off food stamps.
The bitch resurrected Clinton propaganda.

She’s just trying to hold off her Mussolini fate.
But in Communist America... EVERYONE is equal. Some are just more equal than others.
She needs to shut the hell up. This army wife is starting to get p*ssed.
There are some lower enlisted that qualify.
Hubby and I were on WIC for a brief period years ago.
The First Beast was sent out to set the stage for dividing the military families into haves and have nots. We should not be surprised ...
I wish I hadn’t seen this so late in the day. Good Lord, what a horror. Can you imagine turning this loose on some of our genteel international neighors? Looks like DT’s run wild.
I agree with you and don’t disagree with some of the snob’s thrust... but we need to watch her on these military outreach jobs. During the campaign and after the election, the snobs said repeatedly that she’s going to focus on military families. Considering what she is politically, we all know what that really means: Alinksy-style antics meant to destroy the military.

Can you imagine taking orders from someone who hasn’t done a DAMNED THING in his life and hates liberty?
Basically, I think one in the military service should not have dependents until they are an E-4 over four or an O-3. This gives them time to decide if they want to make a career of it and find someone who shares that outlook. She seems to advocate that anyone in the service can have dependents and we should pay the E-1 or O-1 under one enough to support them without their resort to food stamps. I don’t know if she has a valid argument as I think the military is pretty well paid right now. Check out the pay tables here: http://www.dfas.mil/militarypay/militarypaytables.html
I agree totally. Do not trust her or her hubby.
I thought I would post this to you, but I am also addressing the other Freepers that have responded to you... an E1 makes 1399 up to 1568/mo BEFORE taxes which is approxmiately 16,800-18816/yr. and an E4 makes ~2127/mo or ~25524/yr. This is no where near “easy” street. Granted, families do receive money for housing based on rank, dependents vs no dependents and the area that you live in with a few other benefits.... but this is no where close to what a freshman congress(wo)man makes a year. So to all of you who sit there and pass judgment on these soldiers with families b/c they receive food stamps.... at least they are working defending EVERY American’s freedom... putting their lives on the lines verses the out-of-work baby factories receiving governmental assistance. And I cannot believe those of you in here saying that these people know what they are getting into and should wait to have families.... WTF???? I would gladly give my tax dollars to help the family of a servicemember ANYDAY than these suckass “americans” that want to take food out of the mouth of my children so that I can pay for their wreckless spending habits. Man I almost thought I was on DU......
