Bill Maher: 'The Racism is Coming from Rush Limbaugh'

Did you know that the racism in our country is coming from Rush Limbaugh?

That's what HBO's Bill Maher said on Friday's "Real Time."

Not just that, but also the people who are buying guns and ammunition since Election Day are doing so "because they're afraid that Obama and his Negro army are going to come and get" them.

I kid you not.

Such offenses occurred in the following exchange between Maher and his conservative guest Andrew Breitbart (video embedded below the fold, relevant section at 2:37):

One might think Bill Maher would have some appreciation for Limaugh since Rush was pretty much the only person to publicly defend Maher after his post 9/11 comments.

Republicans have to start fighting these racism slanders each and every time they come up, forcefully and loudly. It is the Democrats who are racist and have elected a racist president (20 year supporter of black liberation theology). Republicans cannot just overlook these slanders as Michael Steele did with Hughely on CNN.

Maher and his irrelevant friends will do anything to try and get Rush to notice them and mention their names.

The fact that Rush merely flicks gnats like them drives them even more insane than they already are.

The thing that gets me about liberals like Maher is that they think they are safe, that minorities like them, that they are not prey like the average person. I suggest a nighttime stroll in Compton to clear his mind (not a drive in a limo looking for hookers).

I just watched Invasion w/ Kidman and Craig...she plays a Liberal psychiatrist, Craig a doc...when the world is being Invaded
if not for a Gun she removed from a dead NYC cop she would have become an Alien...she shoots Craig in Leg to escape capture...if all the citizens had been armed much less danger...

to me liberals make our point about the need to be Armed with the best weapon we can afford to protect yourself and your familyto defeat the invasion, or defend our liberty...

Maher doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Has he ever?

Bill Maher is, was and always will be a D-list wannabe 'celebrity'. He is often called a 'comedian' but was only funny for 5 minutes about two decades ago. Maher jumped on the Hollywood 'hate-Bush' bandwagon in order to be accepted by the show-biz crowd and have something, anything, to talk about on his pathetic little cable TV show.

Now, he's flailing around and trying to use legitimate, factual opposition to President Barack Hussein Obama as a means to bash conservatives and, specifically, Rush Limbaugh, who is an awesome messenger of conservative opinion with a huge audience - and far from 'racist'.

We knew this was inevitable when Obama was elected. Any opposition or criticism would be termed 'racism' by Obama supporters and pipsqueaks like Bill Maher, desperate for someone, anyone to pay attention to his droning bore of a TV show.

I'm pretty sure Rush Limbaugh won't give this hollow little man (Maher) the satisfaction of even acknowledging his existence.

Which reminds me of one of my favorite guest-hosted Limbaugh shows. Walter Williams was in for Rush. As it happened, the Doc was about to come of age to be eligible for Medicare, and the staff was kidding him about how now he could get his Viagra paid for by the government. To which the Doc replied (and this is why he’s my favorite Limbaugh guest host ever):

“Brothers don’t need Viagra.”

I missed that exchange, but not long ago was one of the saddest moments I ever experienced on the Rush Limbaugh show, when Dr. Williams was guest hosting, and a caller asked about why he hadn't mentioned Mrs. Williams. That was when he admitted that Mrs. Williams had died nearly a year earlier to the day. My heart just broke, as I remembered the wonderful "gifts" that Dr. Williams had bought her over the years, like a mop, or golf shoes, so she wouldn't slip while shoveling snow. Like I said, one of the very saddest moments I ever experienced while listening to the radio.

“Maher belongs in an asylum.”

You are correct. Maher is, quite simply, mentally deranged. Locking him away would be for his own safety since it’s only a matter of time before someone nearly as deranged takes him out. I can’t believe he hasn’t been beaten to a pulp already (not that any of us here would, ahem, condone such a thing).

I left the “u” out just to see how long it would take them to figure it out.

Maher belongs in an asylum.

He's not the only one...most of Hollywood can pick a number and go sit, too.
