I really thought they had the son of a bitch this time. Apparently they got the former head of the state medical board on the stand and he said he’d approved Tiller’s set up with the other doctor.

No. Only defendants can appeal the verdict in a criminal trial.
I didn’t realize that lawyers got Kathleen Sebelius, Tiller’s close friend, elected by nearly 20% a couple of years ago.
I left California years ago.
The context of the thread is a court case, is it not? As far as voters go you all elected Pelosi did you not?
I would say the 20% came from the more liberal northeast portion of this state which is a very small portion geographically. Kind of like Kalifornia, huh?
The context was that I expressed my contempt for Kansas, which exists long before Tiller was sent back into the world to continuing doing what he does. I just used the occasion to restate it.
And yes, California elected Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, Schwarzenegger and a whole host of other thoroughly rotten leaders. So rather than stay and defend the state’s honor regardless of circumstances, I left.

I am unsurprised at the people of KS. They are just liked all Americans: can’t wait to get down to the nearest abortion clinc to get “the thing taken care of”.

I don’t think she was on the jury.
I think it is less sinister than that. I think that libs are lying during jury duty saying they are impartial on an issue they really want deal with, then they render a verdict in their favor.
I think we are too honest on jury duty, or we say we have to get out of it for some reason or another and these creeps walk scot free.
