This is sad.
Damn!
“Does Kansas have the death penalty?”
Yes, it does, but it hasn’t been used since 1976.
DO you swear to tell the TRUTH, the WHOLE truth, and NOTHING BUT the truth?
Life is cheap in Casablanca and Kansas.
Ironic, isn't it.
Lost for words.
I read it wrong anyway. Thought it said found guilty.
This quack is a good friend of the Democrat governor.
Right now hell awaits this man. Pray for him because our Lord does not want even Tiller to end up there in spite of all he has done. I pray the Lord will bring him to his knees and convict his heart so that his houses of death can be shut down forever.
Of course, the KKK Act was intended to protect “Catholics, Republicans and Negroes” in the Reconstruction South.
Eventually, SCOTUS supported the Bush Administration and the KKK Act was thrown out in all cases where it was used against Operation Rescue.
Further, due to judicial misconduct, all abortion related or OR related cases, heard in Judicial Tyrant Judge Kelly's Court, were overturned by the 10th Circuit, and a new trial was ordered.
Even given this past, even though Thompson KNOWS how the law was corrupted, Thompson is a radical pro abortion nut case.
Thompson is envious of the conservatives and the prolifers, since we actually won a few elections.
I think this is a big reason why Thompson is now sucking up to Tiller, as if it is a way to “apologize” for being “forced” by Bush to be on the other side of the issue.
Of course, there is also the money ——
Maybe thats why a huge blizzard is about to bear down on Wichita.
He will burn in hell with the rest of the murders..I wonder if there is a worse hell for filth like this and the judges that let them go..One can only hope..
It’s a shame. I wonder what the defense’s argument was that overcame the fact that the second opinion was given by an employee. Seems pretty open and shut against the Doc imo.
Does Kansas have the death penalty? I hope so.
_____
I understand the death penalty is rarely used against those found not guilty.
This is horrible news. I fully expect Hollyweird to make a movie about this with Sean Penn or Matt Damon playing Tiller and portraying as him as a “courageous hero and victim.” Of course, it will sweep the Oscars.
