“Does Kansas have the death penalty?”

Yes, it does, but it hasn’t been used since 1976.

Tiller claimed Neuhaus had no financial interest in his abortion business even though she essentially worked for him as a part-time employee and earned no money through other means.

DO you swear to tell the TRUTH, the WHOLE truth, and NOTHING BUT the truth?

from the article, ...Tiller was acting under the approval of Larry Buening, the former director of the medical board, the Kansas Board of Healing Arts

Ironic, isn't it.

Yes Kansas has a death penalty. For small children. Adults get leniency.

Right now hell awaits this man. Pray for him because our Lord does not want even Tiller to end up there in spite of all he has done. I pray the Lord will bring him to his knees and convict his heart so that his houses of death can be shut down forever.

Tiller's attorney's name is Lee Thompson.
Lee Thompson once ran for Congress against Democrat Dan Glickman (later defeated by Todd Tiahrt).
Anyway, as a naive new comer to Politics, I has assumed that EVERY Republican would be, at least, sympathetic to the prolife position.
Lee Thompson, RINO to the bone, would not support ANY restrictions on abortion or taxpayer funding of abortion. I wanted Glickman out, so badly, that I kept hoping I could persuade Thompson to my point of view.
At Thompson's election night party (He lost badly, of course) I again talked about abortion with Thompson.
I was called a “demagogue” by a Thompson supporter, because I made the factual statement that Tiller did a great number of late term abortions without any medical reason what so ever.
Thompson agreed with this radical pro abort “Republican” woman.
Then, Thompson was appointed as US Attorney under George H.W. Bush.
Thompson was FORCED to serve a motion in Judicial Tyrant Judge Patrick Kelly's Court, in support of Bush Administration's position that the KKK act could NOT be used against prolife protesters because there was no, “Class based animus” -— among other reasons.

Of course, the KKK Act was intended to protect “Catholics, Republicans and Negroes” in the Reconstruction South.

Eventually, SCOTUS supported the Bush Administration and the KKK Act was thrown out in all cases where it was used against Operation Rescue.

Further, due to judicial misconduct, all abortion related or OR related cases, heard in Judicial Tyrant Judge Kelly's Court, were overturned by the 10th Circuit, and a new trial was ordered.

Even given this past, even though Thompson KNOWS how the law was corrupted, Thompson is a radical pro abortion nut case.

Thompson is envious of the conservatives and the prolifers, since we actually won a few elections.

I think this is a big reason why Thompson is now sucking up to Tiller, as if it is a way to “apologize” for being “forced” by Bush to be on the other side of the issue.

Of course, there is also the money ——

It’s a shame. I wonder what the defense’s argument was that overcame the fact that the second opinion was given by an employee. Seems pretty open and shut against the Doc imo.

_____

I understand the death penalty is rarely used against those found not guilty.

This is horrible news. I fully expect Hollyweird to make a movie about this with Sean Penn or Matt Damon playing Tiller and portraying as him as a “courageous hero and victim.” Of course, it will sweep the Oscars.
