Learned recently that Law also underwent a similar transformation shortly after Darwinism became the new religion of the atheist.

Before Darwin, Law students studied Blackstone’s commentary on the law as the basis of their legal theory. Blackstone’s commentaries were based in the Judeo-Christian/Biblical foundation. IE, law was based on the objective natural Law of God.

This was replaced at Harvard, post-OoS, with the “evolved case-law” legal theory. One with no basis and subject to the whims of “smart people” like judges who could arbitrarily change the laws because they knew better.

Not very sound logic. Hitler is evil. Hitler believed in Darwinism. Therefore Darwinism has to be evil.

Fascinating quote:

In 1833 he made the acquaintance of General Juan Manual de Rosas, who was busy liquidating the Indian population of southern Argentina. “This war of extermination,” Darwin wrote in a cheerful letter home, “although carried on with the most shocking barbarity, will certainly produce great benefits; it will at once throw open four or 500 miles in length of fine country for the produce of cattle.” The “extermination” (a favorite word of Darwin in his writings) of failed races, whether animal or human, is a great theme in his books and a key feature in the advance of the evolutionary process as he conceived it.

Whoa!

A guy who could say this:

In 1833 he made the acquaintance of General Juan Manual de Rosas, who was busy liquidating the Indian population of southern Argentina. “This war of extermination,” Darwin wrote in a cheerful letter home, “although carried on with the most shocking barbarity, will certainly produce great benefits; it will at once throw open four or 500 miles in length of fine country for the produce of cattle.” The “extermination” (a favorite word of Darwin in his writings) of failed races, whether animal or human, is a great theme in his books and a key feature in the advance of the evolutionary process as he conceived it.

is pretty heartless and certainly not a respecter of God or His laws!

I wonder where the idea that some humans are “less human” than others came from... I just can’t find that in any theory anywhere... oh, wait, here it is.

Great article in the Journal of Creation entitled “Darwinian evolution was basis of Nazi legal system: German judges denied the concept of God-given rights”

If you don’t subscribe, it should be available online in the coming months:

Found an article that gives some details to what I posted:

Blackstone out/Darwin in: The case-law approach, studying judges decisions rather than the Constitution, is now practiced and taught to all aspiring law students.

Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Law, the foundational texts on common law, revealed and eternal law, were discarded as outdated, since it taught that certain rights and wrongs never changed - particularly those related to human behavior. How influential was the study of Blackstone on the moral development and spiritual health of prospective lawyers? So infused with biblical teaching were Blackstone’s books and teachings on the common law, that law students, as a direct result of studying Blackstone’s Commentaries, came to a saving faith in Jesus Christ.

Biblical absolutes permeated American Law up until 1870, when sadly Harvard’s president, Charles Eliot, introduced Darwin’s evolutionary view of the law, selecting Christopher Langdell to guide the prestigious law school to teach relativism, which became known as positive law.

also:
...the beginning of judicial activism – legislating new laws (instead of interpreting law) as a result of their progressive view of the constitution as a “living document” in need of continually changing with the times, according to the Darwinian principle of evolutionary stream of law.

Most Jews are just too educated and intelligent and know the Bible too well to be Creationists.

[[This was replaced at Harvard, post-OoS, with the “evolved case-law” legal theory. One with no basis and subject to the whims of “smart people” like judges who could arbitrarily change the laws because they knew better.]]

Yup- we went from taking God’s commands as judges to judge objectively and fairly, to one where the law is ‘open to interpretation’ and the rights of the innocents and victims are no logner upheld as God commands of judges. Judges now try to ‘elevate’ themselves ‘above’ the supreme universal moral code/ethics that God laid down, and we’re powerless to demand that they uphold their sacred oath of office! Our constitution is being torn apart by these subjectively ruling agendists, and the universal moral code is suffering as a result-

God will judge these corrupt judges VERY seriously, because the office of judging is a VERY serious responsibility which these activist judges are ignoring- to hteir own perril- they will be judged MUCH more severely, and the innocents who are victimized by these activist judges will be rewarded for having to have endured INJUSTICE at hte hands of these corrupt activist judges!

OR they are secretly Saul Alinsky followers.

Leviticus 19:15
‘Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly.
