Thank GOD for the brave Navy SEALs trained under the Bush Administration, before Obambi (Jimmy Carter lite) guts the U.S. Military.

It worked out this time with 4 Somali dirtbags.

What happens when we have a real foe?
Well we make concessions that’s what. Build ballistic missles and Nukes and we will ramp down our force.

FUBO. Barack “Buttstain” Obama wins this one, but he is operating recklessly.

Yeah. Then they got lucky and the Captain jumped overboard for the second time, and there were some Navy guys who were watching with guns. And they shot the bad guys after the Captain jumped overboard.

Cripes, can you imagine what was going through the captain's mind? Wondering if, in case he jumped again, they had authorization to shoot, or if he'd just be left there drifting around again?

But we should take note of the fact that Obama "approved" the mission. Not that there really was a mission, other than go stand off at a distance and see what happens. But at least getting Captain Zero to take responsibility for it, maybe we can keep John Murtha from trying to have those sailors who did the shooting arrested.

Sorry folks, but maybe, just maybe Lord Messiah Obama the most merciful did just right here.
Captain and crew are safe. Three of the pirates have assumed room temperature. Ship is in safe hands and no ransom was paid. I don't care for President Obama any more that any here but It seems to me that he did this right.

You asked — Am I the ONLY person who wonders why we didn’t hear about this “authorization” from the Dalai Bama BEFORE the rescue?

Well..., gosh, I would hope that Obama wouldn’t be so dumb at to tip his hand... LOL...

===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== =====

And then you said — He refused to utter a single word about the piracy, and his dumb ass Sec. of State Hillary Rodham Clinton laughed her fat ass off when questioned about the situation...

As far as Obama not saying anything, that was probably smart on his behalf. Talking too much about those kinds of things can give clues to the enemy and tip your hand. It can give your enemy an idea of how far you are prepared to go, what’s “on the table” and what’s “off the table” so to speak. So, actually..., the less said the better it is — in order to keep your enemy guessing all the time...

I know everyone here wants to “know” all the time, but hey, you can’t be ‘in the loop” on matters like this when it’s an on-going event... :-)

What are you talking about?

BO ignored the whole thing until it became so dire that it was a can’t lose scenario for him. Had the terrorists been allowed to get ashore, our captain would be killed or held captive by far worse characters than the sub primates who hijacked that ship. And we would have been powerless to help him.

So give the order to let the SEALS go in once there is no way to get this wrong. If the rescue failed & we lost the captain, BO could claim he “did everything he could” by ordering the rescue.

If they made it to shore, we lose our captain anyway.

He sat on his a** until it became a no lose situation for himself.

A real CIC would have contacted his Navy commanders & ordered them to save our captain by whatever means necessary right from the jump. The Navy knew what to do.

BO makes me physically ill.

There's several hundred more of them ashore. Time for Obama to continue acting proactively and setting aside the shibboliths of the hoary past.

Gitmo has empty cages for these pukes ~ what's left of them!

FOX news lady said Obama didnt want to interfere with the rescue plan but he was behind the scene and in contact the whole time....yeah right!

He just better not take the credit....he can humbly stay behind the scenes.....i dont think he will.

I think that sending the FBI agents to negotiate, with all that talk in the press about “arresting” the pirates for “trial” was more his style.

BINGO!

Rahm Emanuel whispered in his ear... "Never Let a Victory Go to Waste" and..., he takes credit!

Had the operation "Gone South", he would be "Seeking a Full Investigation"!

I am glad Obama did the right thing in this situation.

I'm all for giving credit where credit is due, but my gut feeling on this is Hussein had no idea what the "right thing" was in this situation. I'm certain he is very relieved that it came to this conclusion. No apparent harm to his standing as a "leader."

You said — Obambi needs to finish the job.

Well, that’s where Obama needs to *stay out of it* and not get involved. I mean, the U.S. did not create the piracy problem. That was created by all these other countries and their shipping companies who have decided to pay ransoms over the years. *They* are the ones who created this problem — so let *them* solve their own problems.

We’ve already solved ours, so let’s *stay out* of the mess that someone else created.

So, no..., I would hope Obama doesn’t turn into an “adventurist” with our military.... LOL...
