I graciously accept your concession.You accept squat. I never said it was in the Constitution, that was YOUR misunderstanding. What I said was that the Founders supported secession as a last ditch effort against an abusive central government and I made MY case.

States have all powers not denied to the them by the Constitution. The federal government has only powers granted to it by the Constitution. Secession is not denied to the states... see the 10th Amendment.
