What I'm reading on this thread is the reason some people run from religion. He's just a man...he committed a sin...forgiving people would say something like of course he must leave the Priesthood but his judgement comes from God.

The vile comments are unnecessary and it's what turns young people away. Before I get jumped on...I'm not for changing any rules. I believe when you join any group you accept their rules...rules should never change to suit you. I'm talking about the reactions and the judgements.
