WASHINGTON – A bill approved by the House of Representatives and referred to the Senate would prohibit federal employees of executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence – legislation at least one group suspects is designed to protect Barack Obama's elusive birth certificate from release.
The legislation, HR 985, resides in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Sovereignty Alliance has issued a "red alert" about the bill it calls "stealth legislation ... to protect Obama from providing his birth certificate."

THAT IS A GREAT IDEA!
I got an email alert regarding this story from WND and now the story is gone from their website and the link is dead. Strange. Then I googled HR985 and it shows this bill is dead and was introduced in 2007. I wonder why only now is it being reported.
In any case, BO is an illegal impostor and needs to be exposed!
Because he is a self-absorbed narcissist. He also exhibits anti-social behavior. He knows he has the dollars of George Soros behind him so has nothing to worry about. About the only entity that could compete with George Soros’ dollars is the US Government, and at this point, that doesn’t look promising.
Here is what I really want to know; What is the protocol to prove citizenship in order to qualify for POTUS candidacy? It MUST be published SOMEWHERE! I simply can’t imagine that they just take you at your word. That would be insane. Therefore, the must be some kind of checks and balances in place. Yet nobody has come forth with that bit of information. You would think that at least ONE attorney would request documentation of the necessary protocol.
My suspicion is he also got special “entitlements” for being a black, non-citizen student when he was in college and that is why his college records are sealed. I can almost guarantee that his college applications show that he is a non-citizen.
I have heard some of the conservative talking heads argue that you must be an american citizen to be a US Senator and BO was a Senator so he must be a citizen. Ok, I’ll buy that. So show me the documentation he used to qualify as a Senator! Good Lord, it has to be considered a matter of public record. What did he use to prove citizenship to become Senator? It just doesn’t add up folks!
I can only hope that due to the gravity of the situation, they don’t want to touch it without concrete proof. I am hoping that they are building a concrete case and are biding their time, letting The Great One believe he is home free, until the time is right to pounce.
My logic is this:
1) There are far too many suspicious Americans, with good cause, to just ignore the issue.
2) If the common people have enough sense to see the writing on the wall and recognize the magnitude of this situation, I HAVE to believe that the republicans and conservative heads see it as well.
3) An accusation of this magnitude is NOT to be taken lightly. There must be concrete proof, beyond the shadow of doubt, that he is NOT a US citizen.
Based on the above, if the republicans and conservative talking heads are just looking the other way because they don’t see it as being important or simply don’t want to stir the pot, then we are in serous trouble. We are no longer a republic or democracy but rather a corrupt dictatorship no different than Iraq was before Saddam was removed from power.
Perhaps the folks who are not making any wave truly believe he is a citizen, in spite of the hundreds of thousands who don’t believe he is.
So, by what logical reason would the Republicans avoid this issue? What holds them in check, when they should be acting like the balance?
The are afraid the 0media and their leftist friends will make fun of them.
If it hasn't occurred to you yet, we the people are no longer the soveriengs because the subpreme court Roberts court has place their stamp of acceptance upon a man they allowed to ignore his repsonsibility to we the people to prove he was eligible for the office. The criminal judges and puking courts have removed our wsovereignty by merely telling various folks thay will not be granted standing to demand the candidate prove his eligibility. The Constitutional contract has been abrogated and the Constitutional Republic is no more. It has been stealthily replaced with aq federal oligarchy ... and cowardly Republicans have enabled this destruction of the Republic.

As I read the bill, it sounds like it is to protect journalist. Maybe I missed something, but I don’t think this is legislation to protect Obama. Have you read the bill?

My guess is they re-wrote it, for whatever reason. Probably to get hits at the site. They've made all kinds of wild claims about the birth certificate, with nothing to back it up that I've seen.
I guess they didn't count on some people taking the time to actually look at the bill they referred to.

Those would be state laws, and the Feds cannot overule what a state demands for its ballot requirements.

I once grouped all of the “birthers” in the same lot as the “truthers”, but the more I read about the birth certificate (or lack thereof) the more I realized what a fool I was NOT to believe it. The fact that he’s not really eligible could be our saving grace..it could be the only way to undo all the asinine crap B-Rack has done and will do to our country.
