MCCHORD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. [][] A McChord Air Force Base squadron commander was sentenced to 11 months in prison for having inappropriate sexual contact with a staff sergeant.
The News Tribune of Tacoma reports Lt. Col. Steven J. DiMatteo was convicted earlier this month at a court martial.
The incident with the man happened in February of 2008 ...

Wonder what part of the Court Marshall Manual the Lt. Col didn’t understand.
Article 134 violation, regardless if it was homo/hetero sex, not supposed to happen between Officers and enlisted.
Unless former Sen. Obama rewrote the Manual already.
Court Marshall = Court Martial.
