That said, there’s more troubling news this morning. I’m horrified by credible reports that in his June 4th speech in Cairo, President Obama will say it is time to divide Jerusalem and make the holy city the capital of a Palestinian state.
No, Mr. President, it is not
Jerusalem is and should be the eternal, undivided capital of the Jewish people and the Jewish state. Dividing Jerusalem will not make peace. Rather, it would send a message to every Radical Islamic jihadist around the world that Israel is weak, that the Jews won’t even defend the sovereignty of their own capital, that there is “blood in the water,” and that it is time to strike Israel and wipe her off the map. Dividing Jerusalem would trigger an apocalyptic war in the Middle East the likes of which the region has never seen.
I am committed to doing everything I possibly can to educate people — and particularly U.S. and Canadian evangelical Christians — to the threats facing Israel and the West due to Radical Islam, and to the biblical responsibility we have to show unconditional love and unwavering support to Israel and the Jewish people. We’ll use radio, TV, the internet, emails and other media to get the word out. But we can’t do it alone. We want and need your help.

This is what I thought about the Clinton Administration. Who would ever have imagined that it could go from bad to WORSE! There is something VERY wrong with the Democrat and Liberal mind. These people are not of our culture and they are killing us.

PH: A lot of people say that the USA is not mentioned in the Book of Revelation. Well, I, I would disagree. I think the USA is all over Revelation chapter 17 and chapter 18. And It starts out where the angel says to John—the Revelator . . . Come, I will show you the punishment of the Great Prostitute who sits on many waters.
PH: Now what does that mean? Now what I’d like you to do, George, is I’m going to give you; I’m going to go thru this stuff here and I’m going to give a number of clues.
GN: Alright.
PH: At the end of the clues,
GN: You’re testing me, aren’t you?
PH: I’m going to test you. I don’t want you to give me an answer until we have all the clues given. OK?
GN: Alright. Let’s do this, too. I’m connected to the audience by computer and fast blasting . . .
PH: OK, So he says, come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute that sits on many waters. What does this mean? And it says so he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet … beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had 7 heads and 10 horns. [Rev 17:3] and upon her forehead was a name written: mystery, BABYLON THE GREAT; THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
GN: That’s clue 1?
PH: Well, Possibly. Here’s clue one: And it says she had a golden cup in her hand. What the heck does that mean? When you go down to Rev 17:15, it tells you—This is 2 clues coming up here: And he said unto me, the waters that you saw where the prostitute sits are peoples, multitudes, nations and tongues. OK. And then it says the woman that you saw is that great city that reigns over the kings of the earth. So, two clues here—the woman which you saw sitting on the water is a great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.
PH: In other words, the kings of the earth; these rulers that we spoke of are going to reign from this city. They’re going to have their headquarters in this city. They’re going to issue their orders from this great city. That’s what it means when it says that the woman which you saw is that great city which reigns over the earth.
PH: And it says that the waters which you saw where the woman, the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and tongues. In other words, the population of this great powerful city is multi-cultural, multi-ethnic. That makes up the population of this great city. OK. Coming up, the next thing, it says . . .
PH: . . . nothing to do [with Babylon in Iraq]
[Too time consuming to try and do verbatim . . . going to switch to getting most of the key words and phrases and the gist of what’s said]
PH: This city is called Babylon, right? Now a lot of people think that this is Babylon out in Iraq. It’s got nothing to do with that. If you go back to chapter 11 in Revelation, it talks about ‘Sodom and Egypt where also our Lord was crucified.’
PH: Well we all know our Lord wasn’t crucified in Sodom or Egypt, He was crucified in Jerusalem. Sodom and Egypt are figures of speech given to Jerusalem. Because when these guys congregate on the earth, they’re going to congregate in both Jerusalem to a great degree and in this great powerful modern city we’re going to find out what it is right now. So they are figures of speech. Sodom and Egypt referring to Jerusalem and Babylon referring to this mighty city coming in the future.
PH: So this Babylon is a modern city which is great in power & influence in these LAST DAYS. That’s another clue.
PH: The next one—He says the 10 horns, the 10 rulers which you saw upon the place; they shall hate the prostitute, the city, in other words, and shall make her desolate and naked and eat her flesh. At some point in the future, these 10 rulers of these geopolitical nations are going to turn on this city are going to hate her and it says & they are going to make her desolate and naked, eat her flesh and burn her with fire.
PH: Several times it says in chapter18 of Rev this place is going to burn with fire. It says, For instance, talking about the great merchants of the earth—standing afar off for fear of torment alas, alas, the great city Babylon, that mighty city, in one hour your judgment has come. And it talks about the merchants which were made rich by her should stand afar off for fear of torment, weeping and wailing & cries when they saw the smoke of the burning city . . .
GN: SO THAT SOUNDS LIKE AN ATTACK SOMEWHERE.
PH: ABSOLUTELY, THERE’S GOING TO BE AN ATTACK. Later on, at the end of the book of Rev, there’s going to be a huge Mexican standoff between a big army from the East numbering 200 million and the AntiChrist and his powers from the West—which is going to happen in the Valley of Megido in Northern Israel. Somebody’s going to hit the button and then what John said he saw was flashes of lightening, peals of thunder; he heard rumblings; and then he said, a MIGHTY earthquake; and he says no earthquake was ever like this before. And he said all the nations of the earth fell down.
GN: That sounds atomic, to me or an asteroid—what do you think?
PH: No. Because the only thing that’s going to make all the cities fall down at the same time, George, is a nuclear strike. . . . John . . . at 90 years old . . . 2000 years ago didn’t have words like nuclear . . . flashes of light, peals of thunder, rumblings
PH: And this city is going to be burned with fire. And it says the merchants, which were made rich with her, . . . another clue . . . it speaks many times of the merchants being made rich by her.
PH: . . . two more hints . . . the merchants, rich business people . . .who waxed or grew rich through the abundance of her delicacies and the abundance of her delicacies is talking about is their extravagant luxuries. You’re talking about extravagant luxuries there. They’re going to weep and morn for no one buys their merchandise any more.
GN: Don’t say anything. I’m not done with all the clues.
PH: [Rev 18:11-14] Lists a long list of merchandise . . . So, what’s this list of merchandise telling you—it’s telling you can buy anything in this city. . . . in one hour it’s great riches have come to naught.
PH: . . . And it says every shipmaster [another clue] all who travel by ship (another clue), the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea (another clue) . . . stood afar off and cried when they saw her burning . . . for in one hour she’s made desolate . . . telling you that this city has a huge sea trade; a center of world trade;
PH: Everybody, entrepreneurs . . . have made vast fortunes by trading with this city. . .
PH: Then we jump up to get some more clues Jer 49 & 50
GN: I could guess this city now . . .
PH: No, I’ve got some more clues . . .
GN: Now, this city is a key to this entire puzzle, isn’t it?
PH: We know it’s talking about this city . . . the day of vengeance . . . the day of wrath, the day of Tribulation; The Great and Terrible Day of The Lord.
GN: Back in a moment . . . OK, Back to your clues, Patrick
PH: Jer . . . So it says here . . . concerning Babylon and the land of the Babylonians . . . a metaphor . . . next clue
PH: in Jer 49 even if Babylon reaches the sky and fortifies her lofty strongholds. Abadon and Apollyon = destroyer
She surrenders, her towers fall, her walls are torn down since this is the vengeance of The Lord.

2. everything is for sale that anyone could ever want to buy
3. it is the financial center for world trade and commerce. If this place sneezes, everyone else gets pneumonia around the world.
4. Businesses have made fortunes by trading with this city.
5. The city has a multicultural population drawn from all corners of the world.
6. The city has high towers and lofty strongholds that reach the sky.
7. The headquarters of the government of the AntiChrist will rule from it’s headquarters in this wealthy city.
8. This city is described as the mother of prostitutes and has a cup in her hand and sits by many waters.

The “obamanation” that causes desolation?
The single biggest difference between them is over the Church vs the Nation of Israel in future events. Here's an excerpt from the thread Four Views on the Millennium:

On that score . . . he’s merely an also ran . . . a forerunner.
Okay, so Obama simultaneously alienates our allies while promising the Arabs something he can’t possibly deliver on, all in one speech before a foreign audience. And people said Bush was inept at diplomacy?
For plenty of reasons I don’t think I need to go into here, giving up half of Jerusalem is not an option for Israel, and I doubt even the considerable leverage we have there will be enough for any Israeli leader to commit political and potentially national suicide. Getting the Arabs’ hopes up on this issue isn’t exactly going to help chances of peace, especially since it looked like we were making progress towards getting most Arabs to accept that hoping for the recovery of Jerusalem was futile. He just set the “peace process” back at least a decade.
