No, we should use the legislative and judicial processes to establish a very clear framework defining “natural born citizen” and establishing what the legal standard of proof is.

Establishing citizenship has been going on for over 230 years.  Please don't try to make the case that it is reasoned to act as if it hasn't been.

Without that, pursuing a claim that a particular individual doesn’t meet the definition is a total waste of time, which could only serve to politically destabilize the country, and open the door for explicitly anti-Constitutional forces to take over the country.

Would those be Fascist forces?  Would those be forces that would see our President dictate to banks and lending instituions who their CEOs would be, and what their policies would be?  Would it be forces that would sign off on our President dictating what the slaries for Wall Street CEOs would be?  What it be the forces that would sign off on the President nationalizing automobile manufacturers?  Would it be the forces that would allow our President and his staff to dictate what divisions an automobile manufacturer would keep, and which they wouldn't?  Would it be forces that would allow the President to dictate what types of vehicles would be allowed ot be made?  Would those forces be the same ones that allowed our President and his team to determine what dealership would be closed, even if those dealership were still making a good profit?

And I strongly suspect that many of the parties that have been pushing this issue — von Brunn included — are very purposefully trying to do just that, destabilize our government.

Do you think our govenrment isn't destablized right now?  We have a Socialist Fascist completely out of control, with no visible opposition.  Is that your vision of a stablized capitalist free enterprise system, and a sound Republic?

We become “useful idiots” for the parties engineering the effort, when we jump on board their bandwagon and allow ourselves to be distracted from bigger and more urgently significant issues.

OIC, then you think that there are bigger issues than our nation being savaged by a person who stands a very good chance of not being a U.S. Citizen at all.  And when he seeks to destroy what this nation has stood for, for in excess of 230 years, you don't think it important to look for any way possible to take him down legally.

And it would hardly be a victory for the Constitution’s recognition of states’ sovereignty, to have a federal court use standards made up on the spot, to nullify a state government’s official position on whether someone was born in that state and thus acquired US citizenship at birth.

Oh bull s--t!  The Federal Government has every right to determine the Citizenship status of a person swearing an oath to the very U.S. Constitution that requires he be a Citizen.

This isn't a Tenth Amendment issue.  Using your logic, no state would ever have to provide any legal documentation for any matter.
