Whoa - is this true? Was Cohen really there at the time?! :

As former Defense Secretary Bill Cohen wandered the museum grounds, Von Brunn killed Stephen T. Johns, a black security officer, then was shot himself.

Oh my... looks like he was there. I’m wondering now if he was von Brunn’s actual target. Cohen was one of Hmimmsa’s targets [even after Cohen was out of office I believe]; not to mention Saddam had the desire to get revenge on the guy, too.

Check out this weird site ... an "American Free Press" [NOT to be confused with the mainstream French AFP] article entitled "who is Tommy Franks" - it cites von Brunn in what looks like little more than a hit piece on US General Tommy Franks and Pavitt - as an "independent investigator" who investigated General Tommy Franks [who was made a general under Sec Def Cohen]. the loon Von Brunn claims Franks is "hiding something."

The article just happens to cite former CIA operative Robert Baer of Syriana fame as a source, too.
