It's from Ha'aretz, one of the two leading newspapers in Israel.....they have a good record for accuracy in the Middle East. Thanks, I stand corrected.

One thing you have to know about Iran, that it is 50% ethnic Persian and 50% minorities: Azeris, Arabs, Turkmen, Armenians, Kurds and others. This has the potential to spin out of control.
However, the dissidents have been wrong in predicting that last 4 uprisings, which didn't occur.

Brilliant move (being sarcastic). His supporters will go through the roof upon hearing about this. The riots will only intensify. Tyrants can’t subdue dissenters through more tyranny—that just makes the dissenters even angrier. Which is why all regimes fall sooner or later. It’s just a matter of time in Iran....
