WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Eric Holder said Tuesday that recent killings show the need for a tougher U.S. hate crimes law to stop "violence masquerading as political activism."
Somebody help me out here, but isn’t murder already outlawed in most states?
Personally, I think all crime falls into hate crime.

Why doesn’t the rape, pillaging, and theft of taxpayers money get called a “hate crime”? It only benefits certain designated classes of people, such as non-productive slugs, minorities, illegal aliens, etc., who can’t and WON’T pay their own way, so how is this not targeting those with earnings and/or savings to rob them to redistribute the wealth?

The political correctness of criminalizing conservativism is almost complete.
As it stands, it is perfectly legal for an employer to discriminate against Republicans and hotel to refuse service to persons with GW Bush stickers on their cars.
This would make the contrary discriminations illegal.
As it stands today, there is no “hate speech” in denouncing abortion. But to call that man’s death a “hate crime” means legistlating it so.
Meanwhile the Gaystapo vandalizing chuches and assaulting Christians was not pursued as a hate crime by the Feds in spite of the religious persecution.
The feds aren’t even prosecuting the case against the Islamic supremacist who murdered soldiers at a US military recruiting center. It’s being handled as a “local crime”.
Holder’s a biased coward unwilling to do his job but very willing to smear the political opposition and give a pass to the New Black Panther Party goons.
Is there some statistic I haven’t seen that says you only murder the ones you love?
